Replace the SaaS sprawl with something built for you

Most teams do not have a software problem. They have a pile of logins. One tool for quotes, one for jobs, one for messages, one for files — none of them talking nicely. That pile is often called SaaS sprawl: lots of rented apps (software you subscribe to online), each doing a slice of the work.

We build joined-up systems for businesses that have outgrown the pile — including light AI helpers where they earn their keep. Not in years. In days and weeks when the scope is clear.

What “bespoke” means here

Bespoke just means made for your process, not the other way round. A single place for the jobs you repeat: intake, status, hand-overs, reports. Screens your team will actually open.

Where AI fits (without the fog)

AI here means software that can draft, sort or match from your information — with a human still in charge. Examples: suggesting a category, summarising a long brief, matching a CV to a role. We keep the wording plain and the controls obvious. No mystery box.

When to stay on rented tools

If a standard shop, inbox or accounts package already fits, keep it. Buying another custom system for vanity is waste. We say no when a £30/month tool is enough.

When to replace the sprawl

You are copy-pasting between tabs every day. Reports take an afternoon. New joiners need a fortnight to learn “how we do things”. That is when a small custom hub pays for itself.

How we run it

Short discovery, a thin first version you can use, then improve it in steps. Design and build stay with us so it looks considered — not like a weekend prototype bolted onto your brand.

If the tab pile is slowing you down, bring the messy workflow sketch (even a photo of a whiteboard). We will show you what to join up first.
